Welcome to the MGSi Web User Guide. MGSi Web is a web-based workflow and document management system that provides HTTP/S access to the MGSi databases from desktops, tablets and mobile devices.

This guide documents each webpage by detailing the purpose of the webpage, followed by a screen shot of the webpage plus a detailed description of each user interface field on the webpage.

This guide does not detail specific enterprise workflow definitions.

The topic MGSi Web Layout details the layout of MGSi Web and provides an overview of the user interface features. The primary objects for MGSi is the user and the workflow step(s) the user is configured to access and the auditing events captured for that user.

Use the User Guide Search option from the web (MGSi User Guide Search (Help - Search)) and device apps (MGSi User Guide Search (Device)) to search these help topics/webpages.
